The Torre Velasca, a symbolic building on the Milanese skyline, is the location of the first digital installation of the FuoriSalone, a digital experience designed by the designer Elena Salmistraro and created by Hines in collaboration with Interni.
A project that suggests a new way of experiencing places, making them phygital and freeing their revolutionary communication potential. The designer offers a version of Torre Velasca wrapped in a dress of woven yarns, a surprising colored weave that extends from the base to the top, easily accessible via a QR-Code.
In an immersive journey, yarns, like currents of air and thoughts, flow from the urban fabric enveloping themselves along the 106 meters of the Tower to give origin to a tangle of human connections: an intricate network of lifes and liveliness that melts the city and the architectural structure into a single soul. It is an experience that offers various stimuli: triggering contaminations between different knowledge and disciplines, inspiring connections between places and people, projecting everyone’s imagination towards new paradigms and interpretations of reality.
Quick Re-Evolution Code reality and imagination intertwine weaving new and suggestive urban and architectural configurations, challenging the laws of matter, of space and physics. An absolute preview, an opportunity to venture into the world of new ways of communicating, representing and understanding reality.
The QR Code is available on the Interni FuoriSalone Guide, on the digital channels of the Interni magazine, on the website www.
